A Night of Wine and Culinary Delight at Hotel Sailer

On November 6, everything at Hotel Sailer revolved around wine: at this year’s Wine@Innsbruck, connoisseurs and enthusiasts were treated to a feast for the senses. In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, seven winemakers from Austria, Italy, and France presented their finest creations – with around 28 different wines available for tasting.

Between velvety reds and elegant whites, there was plenty of time for inspiring conversations and personal encounters. Our guests took the opportunity to exchange ideas directly with the winemakers – discussing grape varieties, terroir, craftsmanship, and their shared passion for wine.

Culinary Creations by Our Chef

The tasting was accompanied by a flying dinner specially curated by our chef, Richard Benedikter. His finely balanced dishes were perfectly paired with the wines, turning the evening into a culinary experience.

A Paradise for Wine Lovers

Not only during Wine@Innsbruck, but throughout the entire year, Hotel Sailer in Innsbruck is a true paradise for wine lovers. Our in-house wine cellar impresses not only with its size but also with its diversity: between 6,000 and 7,000 bottles are stored here, including around 180 different wines from some of the world’s finest wine regions.
From elegant Bordeaux to powerful Austrian reds and refreshing South Tyrolean whites – every wine enthusiast will find the perfect glass to end the evening in style.
