Perfect sleep
After an exciting and thrilling day in Innsbruck, the surrounding area or at the various Innsbruck sights, it is important to take a well-deserved break. Especially when you are on holiday. Relax in our cosy beds and dream about your next planned activities in the capital of Tyrol.
Towels & Bed linen
Your booking includes enough towels for you. However, if you need more towels, please contact our reception. Please note that our textiles are cleaned according to a strict hygiene standard on an ecological basis.
Free wifi
Both in the Hotel Sailer and in the Sailer Apartments you have access to our free Wi-Fi. This way you can stay up to date during your holiday in Innsbruck and be reachable at any time. Perfect for a family holiday, a long-term stay or a longer business trip.
We are happy to accept your daily mail for you and of course we are also happy to post your postcards for the following fee: € 0.90 for a dispatch within Europe, € 1.80 for a dispatch to the USA, to China, to Australia or to Japan.
Welcome sets
Our greatest concern and primary goal is to make your holiday or long-term stay in our Sailer Apartments a very special stay. For this reason, we put a lot of effort into the design of your flat. As a small welcome gift, you can expect a set with everything you might need on holiday, such as shampoo or body lotion.
Fully equipped kitchen
Each of the Sailer Apartments has its own small, fully equipped kitchenette where you can prepare your own meals. We will be happy to prepare your favourite dishes, small delicacies or other meals for you. And if you don't feel like catering for yourself, the Sailer Restaurant is available 365 days a year.
Washing machine
On the 2nd floor of the Hotel Sailer there is a washing machine and a dryer. You are welcome to use these to wash your clothes. As the house is closed at 10 pm, we kindly ask you not to use the washing machine and the dryer after this time. We will gladly bring an ironing board and iron to your flat.
Final cleaning
Our flats are thoroughly cleaned before and after your stay. This service is of course included in the price. During your stay, your flat will be cleaned once a week. However, we are happy to change your bed linen or towels at any time upon request & for a fee. Please inform us of this request at the reception.
