Feel free to be choosy: there are 6,000-7,000 bottles of the best wine from all over the world in the racks of our perfectly air-conditioned wine cellar. You are spoilt for choice with 180 different wines as well as a collection of large bottles. The hotel boss himself is personally in charge of the wine paradise and he always knows just the right drop of wine to recommend. Simply ask for his wine recommendation!

Wine connoisseurs and gourmets certainly do not have to dial their standards down at Restaurant Sailer: the extensive wine cellar satisfies almost any request for a special, good drop of wine. Select wines from renowned local winegrowers are stored and mature in the racks alongside wines from Italy, France, Spain and the USA. There are also one or two rare wines among them.

As the culmination to a special meal you can also enjoy select wines from a large bottle too – they get any gourmet's pulse racing faster.
