The "Bauernstüberl" is a dyed-in-the-wool Austrian original, established in 1969 as one of the first dining rooms at the Hotel Sailer. The original spruce timbers were taken from the dining room of old farmhouse in Volders and faithfully reconstructed in the Sailer.
