The kitchen living room:

Cozy, charming and modern this is exactly the impression you will get when you open the door to your apartment. A light flooded living room awaits you, equipped with a couch and an armchair with high seating comfort, a small coffee table and a TV.

The living area also has a small kitchenette where you can prepare your favorite dishes or snacks. For the right comfort while eating, there is a dining table with 4 chairs in the living area of the apartment.

The bathroom with separated WC:

In the Apartment Deluxe XL there is an approx. 8m² bathroom, in which on the one hand a washbasin with a large storage area for your beauty products, a ground level spacious shower as well as a bathtub for relaxing after an exciting day in Innsbruck is inc luded.

The toilet including the sink is separated from the main bathroom of the apartment and is located in a room next to the bathroom. Thus, you have enough space and also your privacy is well taken care of.

The Additional Room:

In the Sailer Apartment Deluxe XL, you'll find an extra room that serves as both a workspace and a sleeping area. Equipped with a practical desk, it provides ample space for your documents and personal items. Additionally, the room features a comfortable q ueen size bed (160 cm), ensuring a restful sleep. This additional room is ideal for comfortably accommodating up to three people in the Apartment Deluxe XL. For your entertainment and storage, there's also a television and a wardrobe in this room.

Bedroom:

You've been out all day and now you just want one thing...off to bed!

To give you the best possible sleep, the bedroom of Apartment Deluxe XL features a high quality double bed with two comfortable mattresses. The closet offers plenty of space for your clothes and other personal belongings.

Additional Information:

• Cleaning: Your apartment is cleaned every 3 days. Daily cleaning is available for an additional charge.
• Laundry Room: A washing machine and dryer are located on the second floor. These facilities are available free of charge and are shared with other guests.
• Breakfast: Breakfast is available at the hotel for an additional charge.
• Check-in: Check in for the apartment is at the hotel reception. Please note that the apartments are located in a separate building behind the hotel and are connected to the hotel by a tunnel.
