Tyrolean wooden farmhouse room in Innsbruck
The Bauernstube at Hotel & Restaurant Sailer

The Bauernstube

You enter a real original with the "Bauernstüberl": it was set up as one of the first rooms at Hotel Sailer in 1969. For this a spruce wood room was disassembled from an old farmhouse in Volders and installed true to the original at the Sailer. There is space for up to 12 people at the tables in our Bauernstüberl.

The Bürgerstube

Modern but charming, that's our Bürgerstube. Up to 30 people can be seated in a festive, bright and friendly ambiance. We recommend the Bürgerstube for smaller family celebrations, graduations, talks and club celebrations.

The Sailerstube

The 250 year old Sailerstube is the oldest room at the Hotel & Restaurant Sailer. Fully clad and furnished in Swiss stone pine the Sailerstube came from a castle-like manor house in the Paznaun valley to Innsbruck and Hotel Sailer in 1991. As a special feature a farmhouse oven adds to the ambiance emitting cosy warmth on winter days. Up to 20 people can indulge and while away the hours in the Sailerstube.

The Wettersteinstube

This room got its name from the Wetterstein alpine society, whose members have been meeting here every Thursday evening since 1911. Renovated in 1928, up to 26 people can dine in this rustic ambiance.

The Jägerstube

The Jägerstube originates from a farmhouse in the Pitz valley. The small Swiss stone pine room was installed true to the original in Innsbruck in 1974. It has space for 10-12 people.

The breakfast room

Our guests top up their energy levels for a new day in Innsbruck at the breakfast buffet in a spacious, bright breakfast room with wooden ceiling.

The Saal Tyrol

The large Saal Tyrol is the ideal choice for larger parties, such as weddings or anniversaries but also conferences and balls. Up to 120 people can celebrate here in a pleasant atmosphere. If you need more space the room can be expanded to 200 seats.

The Saal Tyrol originates from 1978 and was added to an existing hall.

The Gangl with regulars' table

The way to the different rooms leads via the cosy Swiss stone pine "Gangl" corridor. The regulars' table is especially popular with our guests. There is space for up to 14 people in the Gangl including the regulars' table.

Outside dining area

The wonderful outside dining area with chestnut trees and natural gravel in the heart of Innsbruck is unique. Up to 90 people can enjoy the shady garden at the Hotel & Restaurant Sailer on hot summer days.
