For many years our hotel, with its stylish parlours and splendid garden with chestnut trees, has been popular and much admired by our guests because of its authentic and traditional cuisine.

Completely in keeping with the philosophy of the head chef Hannes Kärle, a breath of MODERNITY has been added to TRADITION. Tried and tested Tyrolean dishes are simply but nonetheless tastefully prepared by means of his creative use of high-quality, local produce.

In addition to the menu available all year round, in the daily specials you’ll find a variety of seasonal Tyrolean delicacies and dishes taken from the international cuisine.
